As I was touring Johannesburg, I made a stop at Nelson Mandela’s old house, which now became a museum. There was a “no guns†sign at the door which at first surprised me. But a few minutes later, I was hit by the violent reality of the surroundings that define the post-apartheid society in South Africa.
And why do people seek violence? Is it for money? Opportunism? Vengeance? Hate? All those feelings should not exist because they make people act without consciously thinking.
